Looking for an audiology CRM?

Practices start shopping for a separate marketing tool when patients slip through: tested and never came back, warranty ran out, hearing aids aged past the point of an upgrade conversation. In amplifyOMS that follow-up runs inside the practice management system itself, through the Growth Engine and its twelve Engine Modules, against the patient record your team already keeps.

Why a separate marketing tool keeps missing patients.

A tool that sits outside your practice management system only knows what someone sends it. The facts that decide who should hear from you, and when, live in the practice management system: the fit date, the device age, the last audiogram, the warranty end date, and whether the patient bought.

So the outside tool runs on an export. The list is a little out of date the day it is pulled, someone on the team re-keys what changed, and a patient who came in last Tuesday still gets the offer meant for people who haven't. Each of those is small. Together they are why the patchwork stops working the week the person who maintained it leaves.

The Growth Engine does not need an export because it is not outside. It reads the same record the front desk is looking at.

Engine Modules run on the record itself.

Each Engine Module knows which patients qualify because the record already says so. A hearing evaluation reminder fires when the last audiogram ages past the threshold you set, and resets the moment a new one is recorded. A tested-not-treated drip starts when a sales appointment ends without a purchase and stops when the patient buys. A warranty reminder goes out ahead of the end date stored on the device.

Nothing has to be imported first. SMS Database Activation, for example, can be launched almost any time, because the system already knows every patient's fit date and device age.

Every conversation lands in the patient file.

On Premium, calls, texts, and email run through amplifyOMS: two-way texting and email, two-way calling, call tracking and recording, missed call text back, and payment links by text and email. When a patient answers a check-in with a question, the reply shows up in their file next to their devices and appointments, and the team gets notified so a person takes it from there.

The practice sees one history per patient instead of a texting app, a phone log, and an inbox that each hold part of the story.

Configured for your practice, not built from scratch.

Turning on an Engine Module is a conversation, not a project. You decide the thresholds: when a patient counts as upgrade eligible, how often cleaning reminders run, how long after a hearing test the reminders start. The guidance that comes with each Module (which ones combine well, which ones overload patients when they run on the same cadence) comes from people who run hearing care practices.

Underneath the twelve Modules is a build-anything automation layer with more than 200 pre-built workflows, for the practice that wants something the catalog does not cover.

What it costs.

The Growth Engine is part of the Premium tier at $495 per month per clinic, with the conversation tools above. Automated appointment confirmations and review requests are included from the Growth tier at $149. Pricing is published, and there is no revenue share and no setup fee.

Already have a marketing system you like?

Keep it. amplifyOMS can send events (a new patient added, an appointment booked, an invoice paid, a fitting completed) to any outside system you configure, and your data exports whenever you want it. We would rather earn the follow-up work than trap it.

Patient follow-up questions practice owners ask.

Is the Growth Engine a separate product?
No. It is part of amplifyOMS on the Premium tier. The Engine Modules are switches you turn on inside the practice management system, configured to your practice during activation.
Do we have to import or export patient lists?
No. Engine Modules read the patient record directly, so who qualifies for which message updates as your team books, tests, and fits patients.
Can we choose which patients get which messages?
Yes. You set the thresholds for each Module (upgrade window, hearing test interval, cleaning cadence), and patients drop out of a sequence when they book or buy.
What if we already use another marketing platform?
amplifyOMS can send events such as new patients, booked appointments, paid invoices, and completed fittings to an outside system through webhooks, so you can keep a tool you already like.
Which tier includes it?
The Growth Engine and the two-way texting, calling, and email tools are on Premium ($495 per month per clinic). Automated appointment confirmations and review requests start at Growth ($149).

The walkthrough is about 25 minutes. We'll open a patient record, show which Engine Modules that patient qualifies for and why, and walk through how a reply turns into a task for your team. Real product, not a sales tour.
